How to Change the Web Console Port on Windows
Description: OWA and EEA Admin Console do not work simultaneously. Only one of them works at a time.
Fix: WebDAV and the Admin Console both work off of port 80 as the default. It is usually easier to configure the Admin Console to connect through a different port then 80. To do this, go to the EEA tomcat configuration install directory.
The default location is <Install Volume>:\Program Files\MessageSolution\EEA\tomcat\conf. Look for server.xml file.
Open it up and it should look like Figure 1.

Figure 1
Change the port = “80” to any port number you wish to use for the EEA Web GUI access. Remember to change the properties of the Admin Console shortcut to also reflect this change in port number
